Customer responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, a valid email address, lawful content, and any project files or approvals needed to complete the service.

Digital delivery: Completed work may be delivered by email, downloadable file, hosted page, published listing, shared folder, or live placement depending on the service purchased.

No physical shipping: Because services are digital, there are no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or mailed product deliveries unless expressly stated on a custom order.
