Verify anyone claiming to represent Dynamic Book Marketing.

If you receive an unexpected solicitation, invoice, payment request, or marketing offer from someone claiming to work with us, verify the person before sending money or sensitive information.

Official verification channel

Email support@dynamicbookmarketing.com or call 575-213-7832. Include the person’s name, email address, claimed role, payment instructions, and a copy of the message if possible.

Important

  • A personal Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or other consumer email address does not prove a relationship with Dynamic Book Marketing.
  • Do not rely solely on a logo, proposal, report, digital poster, invoice, or website screenshot as proof of authorization.
  • Do not send additional funds when a representative stops communicating or changes payment instructions unexpectedly.
  • We can confirm whether a person is authorized to represent the company.

Contact us so we can confirm whether the person or request was authorized. If the transaction was unauthorized or deceptive, your payment provider may also need that evidence.
