Refund Policy

Dynamic Book Marketing provides digital, custom, and service-based marketing and distribution solutions. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited as outlined below.

Before work begins: If you request cancellation before any work has started and before any custom setup, planning, research, writing, design, outreach, or scheduling has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.

After work has begun: Once work has started, including any custom setup, research, writing, design, outreach, media preparation, or scheduling, refunds are no longer guaranteed. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the portion of work completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.

After service fulfillment: Once services have been completed, delivered, scheduled, or distributed, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

Billing issues: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support@dynamicbookmarketing.com within 7 days of the charge so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

How to request assistance: Please include your name, order details, date of purchase, and reason for your request. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
